Simplicity

"A designer knows he has achieved perfection not when there is nothing left to add, but when there is nothing left to take away."

Jon Foreman - Pop Art

Decided to have a little fun on this one... This is a piece of art I made from a photograph of Jon Foreman based on Andy Warhol's style of Pop Art.
Why Jon Foreman? Well, Jon Foreman's music is by far one of my favorites, whether he's singing solo or with Switchfoot, his music truly makes me feel closer to God.
Favorite song: Your love is strong

Psalm 4:8

Picture was taken by an artist found on DeviantArt. Unfortunately I cannot find her to give her credit for the photograph of the girl that I cropped to use for my artwork.

Page Layout Design - Life with Life Church's Youth Camp Booklet

It's been a long time since I've posted my latest work here because I was extremely caught up in my last assignment, which I totally loved doing.
Those of you that know me a little more, know that my favorite element of Graphic Design is page layout, so for me, building the booklet for the Life with Life's Youth camp is one of the projects I enjoy most. Every year, me and Poliana GuimarĂ£es (Mel), get together to either photograph or compile photos to be used, and then we build the booklet for this amazing event the church has. This year, I think we did a great job! Below are most of the pages that were done for the booklet.

Photo Restoration

I'm currently working on a photo restoration project for my mother & her brother and sisters. Along the years the pictures got seriously destroyed, and I took on the challenge of trying to fix them up.

Below is a sample of the work:
